Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely. The 30-minute call costs nothing and comes with no obligation. The worst thing that happens is you spend 30 minutes understanding what AI could do for your organization.
We’re a small organization with a limited budget. Is this still for us?
Absolutely. Most of our work is with small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. We’re intentionally not building a Fortune 500 consulting firm. We’re transparent about what makes sense given your budget from the very first conversation.
We don’t know much about AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all – it’s the most common starting point. You don’t need to understand AI to benefit from it. Our job is to translate the technology into plain language and practical outcomes. You bring knowledge of your organization; we bring knowledge of what AI can actually do.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A workflow automation or AI consulting engagement can show results within 4-8 weeks. More complex builds take longer. We always scope clearly before starting – no surprise timelines or scope creep.
Do you work with organizations outside of West Virginia?
Yes. We’re rooted in WV but we serve organizations anywhere. Our consulting and marketing work is fully remote-capable. If you need us on-site, we can discuss that too.
